Welcome back to Boston Calling Music Festival! As a Platinum guest, you have front-row access to all of the action on our Green Main Stage as well as an exclusive Platinum Lounge, plus a ton more perks to make for an unforgettable weekend.
On this page, you’ll find everything you need to know about the Platinum program plus other important details about general festival policies. Please be sure to read through it and to send it to everyone in your group so they are also in-the-know.
2024 Boston Calling Entry Policy
Prior to coming to the festival, read and reference the following information:
Bring your Festival Wristband
Please also remember our updated bag policy - All bags larger than 6" x 9" must be smaller than 12" x 6" x 12" and clear.
Review our Allowed and Prohibited Items list for information on what you can/can’t bring to the festival.
How to Dress & What to Bring
Dress for comfort and be sure to check the weather forecast before you head out the door. The festival grounds are a combination of paved surfaces, turf, gravel and grass, so choose your footwear accordingly. We recommend a hat and sunglasses.
Platinum Wristbands
Will Call
If your wristbands were not mailed to you and are at Will Call, you can pick them up at the Festival Box Office located at our main entrance.Festival Box Office will be open at noon on show days. A government-issued ID is required to verify your order and pick up tickets.
Wristband Activation
Wristband activation ensures a smooth process when entering the festival each day and allows you to add emergency contact information to your wristband. All you need to do is enter your wristband ID number (located on the inside of your wristband) and contact info to activate. Click here to activate your wristband.
Cashless
Cashless is the easiest way to pay for food, drinks, merch, and more—all with the tap of your wrist. To register your wristband and sign up for Cashless, click HERE.
Arrival and Parking
Boston Calling takes place at the Harvard Athletic Complex in Boston, MA. The address is 65 N Harvard St, Allston MA 02134.
Each 3-Day Platinum order comes with one on-site parking pass per day. The Platinum Parking entrance will be through Gate 8 (65 North Harvard Street, Boston MA). There will be signage on N. Harvard Street directing you upon arrival labeled PLATINUM PARKING THIS WAY. If you do not have a Platinum Parking hang tag then you will not be able to enter the parking lot. There is no option to purchase upon arrival. Single day platinum purchases does NOT include onsite parking.
If you choose not to use on-site parking, we highly recommend taking the T (Red Line) to the Harvard Square station. From there it’s an easy 10-minute walk to the main entrance.

Avoid the crowds and use the Platinum/ VIP-only entrances into the Festival.

The Platinum Lounge is loaded with amenities to keep you refreshed and recharged.

Viewing Areas
By far one of the most popular perks of Platinum is access to fantastic stage viewing! We have exclusive spaces at our Green Stage and each includes beer, seltzer and water service.
The Platinum Viewing Area is located within the Green Stage VIP area. Look for the totem that says “VIP” and once in there head to the stage and you will see the entrance to Platinum Viewing.
