We are so happy you will be joining us in Zilker Park! Going VIP is an amazing way to enjoy ACL Fest, and we are going to do everything we can to make sure you have the time of your life. On this page, you’ll find everything you need to know about the VIP program plus other important details about general festival policies. Please be sure to read through it and to send it to everyone in your group so they are also in-the-know. We can’t wait to see you soon!

BEFORE THE FESTIVAL

Prior to coming to the festival, read and reference the following information:

How to Dress & What to Bring

Dress for comfort and be sure to check the weather forecast before you head out the door. The festival grounds are a combination of paved surfaces, gravel and grass, so choose your footwear accordingly. We recommend a hat and sunglasses, but if you forget anything, the Festival Store has lots of great merchandise offerings!

VIP Wristbands

Will Call
If your wristbands were not mailed to you and are at Will Call, you can pick them up at the Festival Box Office. A government-issued ID is required to verify your order and pick up tickets.

Wristband Activation
Wristband activation ensures a smooth process when entering the festival each day and allows you to add emergency contact information to your wristband. All you need to do is enter your wristband ID number (located on the inside of your wristband) and contact info to activate.

Location & Entry Gate

Austin City Limits Festival takes place at Zilker Park, in Austin, Texas. 

There are three entrances to ACL Festival, with options to approach Zilker Park from the north, east, and west.  From the north, walk or bike across the pedestrian bridge under Mopac to approach the Festival’s Lady Bird Entrance. From the east or west, approach Zilker Park on Barton Springs Road to reach a festival entrance. Look for the VIP Entrance lane at all three entrances for express entry.

Express service at the main ACL Shop
The full selection of merchandise can be found at the Merch Shop located near the Barton Springs East entrance. This expansive space is fully enclosed, air-conditioned and set up for a true retail experience. VIP guests can enjoy express checkout to get you in and out as quickly as possible. Look for the Express Checkout signs.

Premium bathrooms
Air-conditioned comfort stations with sinks and individual stalls.

Lounge seating
Take a load off at a picnic table or sofa!
